This guide will show you how to replace your E36 suspension arm.
Loosen and remove swivel nut. (19mm)
Split ball joint from the hub(I used a pickle fork and a rather large hammer!)
Remove anti roll bar bracket nut(16mm socket)
Loosen and slacken off inner ball joint nut(22mm). Do not fully remove the nut.
Leave the nut on a few threads so you don't get a lower arm on your foot when splitting it from the cross member.
Remove rear arm bolts (16/17mm)
Split arm from the cross member (I used a pickle fork again).
Now once the arm has split from the cross member you can remove the nut and drop the arm out.
Now time to fit the new arm and bolt it all back together.
