Well, bit of a strange issue I'm having... Hoping someone can offer any advice please?
Getting a sort of pulsing/pulling through the steering when applying any lock.
It's most obvious at 30-40mph, but almost gone at 60. It seems to disappear once there is a constant steering angle.
I first noticed it a few weeks ago but I put it down to worn out front tyres. I then had new tyres fitted at MOT time which didn't help. It sailed through the MOT with no issues. All the tyres are matching Conti SC3.
Also changed the power steering fluid, but didn't help, neither did rebalancing all the wheels.
The pulsing seems unrelated to engine rpm as its the same whether in 2nd or top gear so don't think it's power steering pump related.
The only other thing I've noticed is car seems quite sensitive to road camber and slopes, so could just bad alignment cause all these issues??
Car has just over 50k on the dial, had an inspection II about 5k ago.
