So no ive got INPA and DIS v44 working, ive been able to read a fault code from my car.
565 boost pressure sensor
The description is signal short circuit to b+.
Heres the thing. Ive been chasing a fault on this car for a year now. It still runs and gets me to work every day, its just not right
It has flat spots. Anywhere between 2.2k and 3k, if i floor it, the power will drop dramatically then come back.
Before that point it pulls very well. Afterwards, it does keep puling but its not what it should be.
With the MAF unplugged, its smooth with no flat spot.
With the maf plugged in, if i take it easy through the revs youd never know there was a problem its very smooth. If i wait to 2.5 ish and floor it my god does it go.
I checked the software numbers and the car needed a maf sensor code update so ive done that. Its definitely made a difference for the better but the car still isnt right it still has the flat spots.
The car has had alot of work done to it over the last year, including several fruitless and expensive trips to so called specialist garages.
