Hello guys, i have an issue regarding power at my 320d 136 hp M47 engine.
All new vacuum hoses, also turbo big hoses changed.
I made today some charge air tests with DIS.
Mass air values are in range.
I tested also Variable geometry, pressure was fine but pulse duty factor was 60 degrees when setpoint range was 28-48. What's the issue there ?
Also i made a test for charge-air-pressure control. When i test on idle, everything ok. When i test on 2000-2500 rpm , measured value = 1200 MBAR, setpoint = ~1350 mbar.
When i measure at 3500 RPM , measured pressure = ~1450 MBAR , Setpoint = 1440 MBAR , I mean now measured pressure is bigger than setpoint, but in range.
Is this a correct behavior ? On low rpm the measured is more lower than setpoint..but in high rpm the values are correct..because there exists a tolerance of 50 mbar.
As I saw the actuator rod, i think that ex-owner modified that 10mm screw and position of rod..
