My car keeps popping up with the following fault codes.
Powertrain too lean Bank 1 - Sensor 1
Powertrain too lean Bank 1 - Sensor 2
These also came up (I'm assuming the same fault) as fuel trim errors - on another testing kit.
and sometimes with
O2 Volts Bank 2 - Sensor 2
Don't quote me eaxtly on the above (Bank/Sensor numbers) i will check later today.
Car runs fine, exactly as it has done over the past 2 years. Clearing the faults only gets rid of it for a day at best. Idle's exactly as it should. Steady at around 6/700 RPM no hunting.
A friend of mine is going to have the inlet smoke tested to see if there any vacuum leaks which is the easiest (and cheapest) place to start.
To be honest i'm think it will come back the the MAF sensor in the end, just wondering if anyone else has any other input?
