It's been a while!
I looked at a 2006 E92 325i SE Auto recently, really liked it. It's got just under 90k on the clock, and aside from the usual oil changes/services, it had new brake pads front and rear, and new spark plugs and microfilter at around 60k. At 74k along with oil change it had microfilter and air cleaner element done.
Is there anything else that should have been done my now at this mileage? Or is there anything that's overdue or advisable to get done ASAP?
I'm aware that they use Condition Based Servicing, but I wanted to get a general opinion on whether anything else should have been done or should be done soon, to help me decide whether to buy the vehicle and also as a bargaining chip if I decide to do so.
I've done some research on here and some other sites but not found anything particularly conclusive.
Should I expect to car to want the 90k, Vehicle Check/Inspection-1 type service when it goes over to 90k? Am I right in thinking it's best to get the air cleaner element done again (as its 15k since the last one)?
I'm going to look at it again tonight, aside from checking all the usual stuff like all the electrical stuff, and a good test drive, is there anything else with these models I should look out before deciding?
Thanks in advance!
