Hi all still trying to sort out fuel not getting to engine. I have checked the fuel fuse in the glove box and checked the connectors for fuel sender behind seat and fuel pump behind drivers seat (UK car) and i am getting power there but listen to the fuel pump with ignition on and no humming coming from pump. So my question is. Does this mean the fuel relay in glove area might have gone or would i defianately not get power going to the fuel pump if the relay was gone. Or d is it a simple case of fuel pump died. Car turns and also fires a bit on easy start.
As i am getting rid of the car don't really want to spend money on it. Also because it has been sitting a while can i just pull the pump out a bit and give it a few taps just incase it has jammed. Thanks Jimmy. 2000 323ci e46.
