Bolt head has crumbled away with rust. Hammered on a smaller socket, and gone down a couple of sizes and still spins.
Haven't managed to loosen it with a chisel
Oh and of course there is no working space on that side managed to partially grind head down with a dremilesque device
So either need to drill the bolt head off then figure out how to fix it - drill out re-tap OR cut the strapat the other end by the hook, weld a threaded bar to it and improvise a new tensioner.
Oh yeah this is just to do the rear brake pipes. I don't want to do the lazy option and just run the pipes around the tank.
Have I missed anything obvious? Any suggestions?
