So my e36 318is m44 petrol aus delivered has a slow rpm drop.
Whenever I put my clutch in it takes around half a second to drop and takes a very long time too drop.
Also the car will not drop down too the ~600-700rpm idle until my car is fully stopped and that takes a few seconds too happen.
One last thing which is not a major problem is that every now and again my car will just accelerate even when i have my foot off the accelerator, but i spray the accelerator cable link thing with wd40 that i always carry around.
**Pod filter installed so My engine breathing shouldn't be a problem?
So can anybody please tell me what may be causing this? I am more worried about the idle and "rev float" when i clutch in, I have done some research and I can narrow it down to the ICV or throttle cable, if anybody can please give me some information on how to fix this it would be greatly appriciated
