I'm in the process of locating the reason for my slow spool and low boost. Already bought new exhaust manifold gaskets, waiting to install them over the weekend.
While I was under the car last time, I noticed that the climate compressor that sits under the turbo is pretty much covered in oil.
I have clamped the little pipe from the CCV so it's not leaking from there. Also done the rocker gasket and it's nice and tight.
Where might the oil be coming from and can it be somehow linked to slow turbo spool? Can the turbo itself be leaking outside of the housing somehow?
