    2008 LCI petrol engine

My cooling fan runs at maximum as soon as the engine is warm, I have checked the engine temperature when driving and it runs 96 to 100 degrees, i believe this is correct, any ideas on the fan running, could it be the electric water pump on its way out, how can I check the flow. I have run the bleeding sequence and there is some flow into the header tank.

I would have thought if the water pump was causing the issue it would overheat, sounds more like the temp sensor for the fan.
Don't know if this can be checked through any of the diagnostic software some of the guys on here use.
