    Unhappy constant smoke when driving,

hi guys im new to the bmw world,

I seem to get constant smoke when driving, its a black/grey smoke, when i gave her some stick today we left a huge black soot line on the floor for about 30 foot, now i have changed air filter, oil breather, map sensor, engine oil, have leak tested the injectors, checked turbo for ex play, blanked swirl flaps off and still this constant smog when driving, please can someone give me the cure before i go mad

    many thanks

Clogged up EGR valve or bad/tuning box &/or If the turbo has been replaced it could be oil contamination in the exhaust?

Ah right I thought you said the injectors had been tested, tbh I'm not sure as to the exact volume of fuel passing on a leak down test but you'll see the bad one(s) as they'll have at least 10% more fuel in their catch containers.
Have you had a leak off test done yet?

For some reason it's over fueling, shocking mpg & smoking, which brings you back to the map or the injectors?
Worn injectors can become noisy so that might be worth checking out, maybe getting live data diagnostics could shed some light on the fuel delivery?

Try to have a look to the EGR, more specific to the controller. I had the same issue and as soon I changed it everything was fine. Also check for leaks in the pipes going to the EGR vacuum pump and also clean the EGR valve.
