Have you ruled out coilpacks and spark plugs first?

You could always swap over #5 and #6 coilpacks, reset codes and see if the misfire moves from #6 to #5?

Check the wires on the plug for the injector BEFORE you go to the trouble of replacing it - they are "fiddly" to do and I didn't check first - turns out the source of the misfire on my M3 was infact a wire that had pushed out of the plug.... Someone had already replaced an injector trying to resolve that issue before me too..... Took less than a minute to fix.
