Have a look at your internet history, that should lead you back to where you were

Also, you're opening yourself up to quite a few problems with making your own kit - Might be worth considering a ready made one.

Automotive Plumbing Solutions U-Shape 180 Degree Hose - JJC Race & Rally 180 degree bend - im sure its 22mm but need to double check
Automotive Plumbing Solutions 90 degree elbow Silicone Hose - JJC Race & Rally again 22mm im sure

    Silicone Vacuum Vac Hose Pipe Tube 10mm 13mm 16mm 19mm 22mm 25mm I.D Available | eBay 22mm vacuum hose for small joins
can also get some 4mm ID for other bits and bobs, ie from fuel pressure regulator etc - i replaced all mine with silicone vacuum hose

    End Feed Copper Pipe Fittings 15mm & 22mm Elbows, Couplers & Tees | eBay 22mm t-piece

2x Hose Tube Pipe 3-way T-Piece Splitter 6mm to 2x 4mm | eBay t-piece splitter, im sure you need 8mm to 4mm though ( i bulked my 8mm up with some teflon tape and used a jubilee clip)

GENUINE JUBILEE CLIPS BOX OF 10 x 22mm - 30mm | eBay box of jubliee clips

i think that was all was required.

you also need to modify the manifold and grind down the temp sensor
