    Question Camshaft Exhaust Sensor

    Hi

Camshaft Exhaust Sensor needs replacing so ordered part from Harry Fairbairn
However mechanic is stating that new part from HB wont fit as bilt hole slightly out lof line

After a quick look around the net it appears as though the original part was upgrade/improved by BMW
and what was part number 12141438082 is now 12147518628

However, all the pictures on the net do not look like the sensor I have been supplied for either of the
aforementioned part numbers... I mean the connector block is not even facing the right way in comparison...

Can anyone confirm if this is indeed the right part, or if I have been sent the wrong part in error?

First pic is what i have been supplied - second is what they should look like (apparently)

Thanks in advance for any reply

When I changed it on my 330Ci I got the one in the lower picture on the left, the old one looked like the one on the right.
