    Suspension top mounts

    I have been looking around for new top mounts front and rear for when i fit some coil-overs.

    I have seen these front top mounts BMW E36 PILLOW BALL CAMBER COILOVER TOP MOUNTS FRONT CAMBER PLATES PAIR +/-3 B | eBay

    Are these any good, am thinking of getting these for when i have to alter the camber for the style 5's. or should i just stick with standard top mounts


    Gonna get these for the rears NEW PAIR Meyle BMW Rear Shock Top Mounts / Guides for E36 E46 Z3 3 Series | eBay


    Going to get the z3 reinforcing plates aswell

    Unless you plan on taking your car on a track or running so ridiculously low that you need extra camber, I wouldn't touch those with a shitty stick. Solid top mounts are no good for road use, they make the ride very harsh and crashy.

    Suspension top mounts

    Avoid those front top mounts! I got some for my e36 and the rose bearing was seized in the passenger one, sent it back and had another sent out which was seized too. Asked the bloke to check the next one he sent out and of the 50 he had in stock every one of them was seized. He then tried to tell me that's how they were supposed to be and if I wasn't happy I should just send them back and get a refund... Very cheaply made tat.

    They will be soon. Go on e36coupe.com and ask around. Most people still running them have to replace the bearing mentioned above. You get what you pay for.



    Get yourself some M3 Evo top mounts and reverse them. Should be good for around -2.5 degrees of camber.
