As above, does anyone know where the glowplug fuse is on my 320d and what ampage it is? Need to make sure its not blown before I fork out near 100 for a new contol unit.

I thought I'd read its in the ecu box in the engine bay Ben @Stal1878 (think 50amp?) but sounds like there behind the glove box

found this on another forum Ben....

100 amp fusible link is located up above the fuse board. remove the glove box, push the fuse board up at the the back to remove it from its pivot pionts and bring it down hanging on the loom. ontop there is another bank of fuse holders that are not used on my car. slide them out of the holders then remove the cover that sits below. nothing written on the cover to indicate fuses inside infact its got torque setting printed on it. underneath you will find 4 or 5 big fuseible links. they look like electronic components (transistors or similar) there's an m4 bolt either side holding them in. wonder how much these will be from mr bmw. hopefully be able to get something similar from a motor factors. probably now find one of my glow plugs is short circuit or the wiring causing the fuse to blow in the first place

    Thanks Ben.

I read that to Simon, was hoping it wasn't in there as I hate fucking about uncliping trip and all that shit. I just know some wires are going to pull out and break something :(
