    Cold start problems

I'm having a few issues with cold start up, I found that the secondary air pump was not working due to a split vac pipe from the egr valve, that runs underneath the intake manifold.

I managed to replaced the said vac pipe and at least the pump now works but i still don't think its right?

Some mornings the car is fine and sometimes until the car is warm it will not rev above 2000 rpm and is very sluggish.

Anything else i should be looking at?

    Thanks

Here are three screen shots of the vanos reading i took today?

The actual readings to the target readings seem to be ok? Am i correct in saying this? can rule out a failed vanos.

I unplugged the solenoid connectors one at a time, and the car fired up just fine! I even started the car with them both unplugged?
