SSS Progman says all modules need reprogramming?

When i open SSS Progman and try to open vehicle modules it scans the car and says all models did not respond properly and need reprogramming, it also says it will change the part numbers. If i complete this update will it wipe all the coding i have done i.e roof closing with fob and folding mirrors etc? And if so will i be able to code them back in again as ive heard that cars with the new software cant be coded for closing the roof. Anybody have any info on this?

If you do that, you will brick your modules because you don't have the dealer updates on your stand alone Progman software.
