Can anyone tell me if the flex shown in the video is right for a *brand new*, BMW RTAB? I'd bought a long time ago as a pair and only got round to replacing the drivers side, as surprisingly the RTAB that came off was pretty good especially for 140k.
Anyway, i was checking the other RTAB the other day with a pry bar and for comparison checked the new one - surprisingly, the new RTAB actually shows more movement at the carrier - a *lot* more - than the 140k one.
There seems to be a scary amount of softness in the rubber - check out the video.
Is that right? I can use a plank of wood in the spoke of the wheel and basically shift the arm around, so that effects the toe for that wheel - something not right with that is there?! As i said, new RTAB. Fitted correctly, tightened up to torque etc.
