Ive a 56 plate 320 diesel, it was diagnosed with bearing failure in the turbo as it was making a siren noise. I took it into a garage with a new turbo which has 12 months warrenty on and asked them to fit it.
They have fitted the turbo took it ,out on a test drive and it revved up and had to be recovered back to the garage. The garage has since told me they have replaced all the injectors and now they have taken the head off and advising 2 pistons are damaged and 2 rings on the other pistons are gone.
The garage cant make their mind up as to whether they cleaned the intercooler out when fitting the new turbo, they are saying the engine is pressurising and that im responsible for the costs for this work as their fitting the new turbo which they tell me is all in perfect working order and not faulty has caused the injectors pistons and rings to go
I believe its ran on its own oil, anyone advise please
What can I do???
