Just wanted to ask a couple things about some work im doing on the cooling system
Ive changed the thermostat and this is a pic of the old one on the left and the new on the right
wanted to ask if the old one on the left looks like its stuck open, or stuck closed?
if it was stuck closed could that be the cause of the random overheating or would it just overheat constantly?
just wanted to confirm ive actually fitted the new one facing the right way as well. Ive fitted it with the big springy bit going into the engine and the wee point facing you as you stand there, would that be right?
Ive changed these 4 or 5 times but cant remember!
