    Powered Mirrors

One of the things I am missing on my E63 is powered mirrors and I am wondering if it's something I can retro fit to my car.
Of course I understand I need to get a new button module and powered mirrors but apart from that is there anything else stopping me from fitting them and getting them working (ie missing loom cabling?).

As far as I know the loom is already there. Yu would need some software to activate it though i.e. INPA or GTS. INPA is readily available to install on a laptop and you would need the interface. Besides that you could pretty much do it all yourself

Excellent news, will investigate this INPA or GTS more tho, new to BMW so not sure what they are.

GTI I meant. INPA is more user friendly so would be better for you. There are various guides on how to install it, DailyDoggy does a very good one It will help with all kinds of things on your car. Like checking fault codes etc.
