If the pumps working, but no water coming out, that would suggest a blocked filter.

Part number 5, is the filter. Give it a clean out.

There not any power going to it when its connected to the car, it only works when unplugged from car... and there is a different power feed direct from battery going to it.

So ive been told its probably relay?

    I misread your post

From what I can gather, the relay for the washer system is located behind the glovebox - But I can't find an exact location.
Also check the fuses too while you're there. There appears to be 2 fuses you need to check.

Ive looked behind glove box, all fuses seem ok... I cant see no relays there though? Just a flip down bit with a line of fuses....

Located behind the fuses, so you have to take the panel out

Right... well ive took both bottom bits under foot wells out and still cant find any relays.. All i can find is fuse boards.. now surly not even BMW would make them this hard to get to???

Ive looked through the bmw manual shown above.. and cant find anything.... ive located ABS relays in engine bay thats it...

Someone must have a idea or know where they are... Thanks
