I had the following error in INPA:
4530 31 Boost Pressure Actuator - Regulation Pressure Too Low
The garage diagnosed it as faulty turbo actuator. The turbo was replaced by a different garage about 15000 miles - the car had been driven upto Manchester. When they took the turbo off they also noticed the exhaust to turbo manifold was broken on the turbo side due to the screws being over tightened. Fortunately it held together and there was no carbon in the engine. Today they informed that an intercooler hose was worn as it had been getting rubbed by a belt. I am thinking could it be 4530 error could be caused by the worn hose as the turbo was changed recently?
