    BMW E46 Satnav Screen Issues

Morning all i have OEM CD Satnav Screen but its appears to be faulty when i connected it to my car the screen opened ok, but as i loaded a CD all i see is CD Error on the screen. Also is there a reset on screen or anyway to close the screen as it now stuck open.

    BMW E46 Satnav Screen Issues

Might sound like a silly question, but where are you putting the CD? When you open the screen, the space behind is for a cassette, unless there was a sat nav unit with a cd slot behind it that I'm not aware of!

Try pressing the eject button which opens closes the screen and push the screen back at the same time, might help.
