Right guys, glad to be back!! Been away for a while whilst i've been beavering away as a Sales Exec at Williams Manchester, long hours and no weekends is the life ive been living for the past 10 months so its been tiresome. For a while now, I've been itching to get a E36 325TDS for a while and make it look like a M3 or Sport and something i can use without having to worry about it. I did buy one last year but I shouldnt have bought it as the engine wouldnt start and it just had breaker written all over it, which it was and sold in many little parts.
I've been quite fussy as i've wanted a late model, manual with air con but all that came up were early model, auto without air con with massive mileage and high price tags. So i was looking on Copart 2 weeks ago and seen this beauty:
Its a non runner for the time being but hopefully a new battery will make it kick start and run again. Its HPI clear, got full service history till 2001 and got no sunroof, in Jet Black with Biege Leather interior. As you can see in the pictures, it needs some TLC which is what its going to get.
What are your plans i hear you ask? Well first off it to get it running and give it a service and check if it needs an MOT. I am looking at buying a 318IS thats had a front smash as a donor car because i can see me needing a long list of parts to make the car mint. I am planning to strip the beige interior and replace it with black leather including changing the dash, lowering the car, chip the ECU, change the exhaust, put some M3 or BBS 328 wheels on it, put a Sport/M3 kit on it and put a nice sound system in it as its going to be my cruiser.
Let me know your thoughts, oh and one more thing, its good to be back.
