    ElectricGer's E36 323

Well i got a new car and here it is

She's a 98 with 116k on the clock, imported from the UK in 2008 and Spec off the top of my head goes like this:
    328 exhaust
    Powerflex'd front end
    Brembo discs and pads
    Polished strut brace
Short shift kit using BMW parts
    Angel eyes and Xenons

    Plans in the pipeline:
headlight shrouds to be fitted within the next few days,
M3 LSD sitting in the shed may aswell fit that soon
Probably swap the mtech springs for an Eibach kit
Hopefully some BBS style 5's or 29's if a decent set turn up for sale

Nice purchase Ger, long may she last for you. 116k on the clock is nice low mileage too so you have plenty of life left in the old girl . Ambers, ambers, ambers, ambers..... lol

I think new ambers would freshen it up very well indeed but then thats my taste too and it worked on my car being Avus. It also worked on a mates black 36 too......actually now I think about it really well Will you just go Eibach springs or a full setup?

I think i'll just go for eibach springs , I had coilovers on the last one and with the state of these roads only getting worse I don't think I could cope

Yes I know exactly what you mean about the roads, they are pretty brutal down here too! I have the eibach springs and Pro-dampers in mine and find them very comfy and handle the bumps well too.

Right haven't posted in a while, may aswell update this thread since there has been a bit of a transformation

A few weeks ago I bought some BBS style 5's off the web, they turned up and looked like this

Standard silver with a very rough attempt at polishing the lip so they were sent off to get a refurb with all brand new bolts, I went for anthracite grey powdercoated centre's with polished-look powdercoated rims. Here's how they turned out
