Not a major update but an update nonetheless!

Progress has been somewhat slow recently due to a few minor things having to be done in a logical order before I can assemble further.

Here is one such thing, the sump required an oil return union welding in place on the side in order to gravity feed the oil from the turbo after it has done it's job.

Therefore I had to drill the hole and then open it up with a die grinder and then get someone to weld it for me as I do not have the ability to TIG weld!

All before I could fit it to the block for obvious reasons.

A former colleague of mine now teaches at the local engineering college so offered to take it into work and do it for me this week.

He has done a magnificent job.

Much better than I could have achieved!

So now that can be fitted, but first I am going to fit the front timing cover after I have given it a nice coat of silver UHT paint!

Assuming I get the time this weekend that is!

    Thanks for looking
