    Steve's new project Pink Compact

Picked this up last week from a customer. Needs a bit of work to get it through an MOT so I made an offer which got accepted. TBH I dunno if I like it or loath it yet as the colour is deffo an aquired taste...
Its an individual 318ti, one family owned from new and I have known the car for about 8 years. Its a bit tatty round the edges but IMO will clean up well. Comes with black leather with red piping, working AC, 4 matching tyres and completely stock.

Here is is when it was dropped off.

    And after a good jetwash.

I removed the seats and wet vac'd all the carpets and scrubbed all the seats and trim.

I have all the parts ready to give the car a service and carry out the work required for the MOT. Only parts I need are a pair of headlights as both are cracked. Also have a CD43 stereo to fit. No mods planned as I really dont know what im going to do with it. Hoping to get it ready to debut at Santa Pod.

Anyway, after the wash I masked it up to carry out a full machine polish.

Its gonna take me a few days as im kind of fitting it in between other jobs. It should keep me busy and amused for a bit

Wooah. Didn't think you'd go for something like this Steve? I just can't picture you sitting in it.

You've got to get a pic of you in the driver's seat
