How she looked when I bought her last August
Here ya go
Here is 3 photos I've just got off of my phone.
Been saving some new door handles for the day I got a M3, what do ya reckon
Here are a few of the motors outside the house, I was going to get the Mrs to drive the E46 and me the E30 out to somewhere pretty but she was out all day so I had to do with these shots for the time being.
Today I had the tyres fitted to my refurbed wheels I bought from a forum user last week.
They are style 37 BMW wheels
Changed the wheels tonight,
I love the Style 32s I fitted tonight, looks much better IMO, they are staggered 18"s
Washed and polished and a new sticker, got the same sticker on the other M3 too but in the back window not the side window.
Got the personal plate swopped onto it too
Picture without the number plate fitted and a picture with the E30 plate back on an E30 of mine.
Got rid of the M Parrallels today did a deal and got these BBS RK003 fronts and BBS RK005 rears, they are 17", fronts are 8.5" wide and rears 10" wide.
They are forged and very light, around 7kg each which for a wheel feels like lifting a piece of paper.
I'll get some tyres to fit them over the winter and fit them next year.
Chrome grills fitted to the front now after some comments about the black ones, they are growing on me, and it sort of gives it more of a face.
Put these BBS RK wheels on today, they're back off again though but will be on again for next season
These are a better sized wheel being a 17" and look better in proportion sort of thing.
Taking the E30 out to Steve's garage for some polybushes to be fitted next week, was driving along thinking these Faulkens don't grip and thinking "I ain't engoying driving this, shll I sell both M3s and a buy a M3 CSL instead"
Was following a woman in a Puma doing 35 to 40 mph round a corner I've drive round a million times, when the backend swop with the front then back again and then half the car up the verge.
Fucking black ice and RWD
Lucky I was going slow might have done some real damage otherwise, lucky there were no cars coming towards me when it happened or it would have been the end of the E30.
End result is, broken front spoiler, undertray, oil cooler, the wing has move slightly out of line too.
So it's a new oil cooler and pipes, a front spoiler and a trip to the body shop sooner than I had planned.
It dropped a load of oil over the floor, was trailered to Steves and left there
Thanks to Steve for helping out, and tranks to SteveWitney for helping out and the lift back home, much appreciated
