My daily 2.8 thread

Had this for just over 2 years ,
The day I picked it up was very happy no dents or rust picked up for £750

Abs light was on, and various other little things needed doing
Replaced the drivers side hub and new sensor,
New top mounts and poly anti rol bushes, also fitted new drop links, water pump (metal impeller)
New inlet pipe cos mine had a split,and then left it for about a month

Then changed the bumper, new numberplate,angel eyes, changed the wheels,then booked it in for a rear end re spray, bonnet and passenger door repaint
She came back looking like is

I then fitted carbon fibre mirrors,m3 door mouldings,new front gass shocks, and new standard brake lines,


Oh also fitted black grills at one point, new steering rack also .and arm rest
My two m50 one converted to bolt straight on one standard

One last one of the 2.8 on gay wheels till I finish the refurb on the 17s

Honestly think she moved because of my car situation , but I love cars! She was a dick anyways when I first moved in she told me I had to always cut her lawn because the last person who lived there did ? Lol how does hell no sound ! Haha

The beemers are my personal cars I bought the tt Quattro cos the steering rack was gone replaced it and sold it , I usually buy ford kas mot them and sell them , the yellow one I got for 150 and sold for 950 , the lupo I bought with an engine fault me and my mate hand lifted a new engine in it and now it's up for sale

Hahaa I know that yellow ka there was only 2000 ever made it was a millenium edition too!

Plan for the vert is show room condition then make it my daily whilst building up a 2.5 non vanos engine and turbo it, the wreck to riches vert project is my project page man have a look I got lots of new parts

I have a 2.5 non Vanos M50 which i'm gonna stick in my E34 after Xmas some time! Wouldn't mind a turbo or SC for that!!
