Would just like to say a big thanks to the above firm. I had bought alloys for the car in March/April time due to BMW telling me to get lost when approached regarding cracked wheels.
Last month, due to my own fault, I sought a company to repair kerbing damage to the rear wheels. At first I was under the impression it was just superficial but when the wheels were removed, both rears had 5 cracks in each. Safe to say, the structural integrity was lost and repairing them was downright dangerous.
I contacted Mark at BM Autosport and explained that the wheels he had supplied weren't, as I felt, fit for purpose. Now, at this point the service manager had walked me to the door at BMW when I suggested "I'd like new wheels please". Mark? He said "Ship em down and I'll swap your tyres over and send new ones back". No questions asked! It actually turns out that the new batch of wheels he had delivered, have a higher load rating.
Absolute top bloke and a pleasure to deal with. I don't care if there's a fault, as long as its dealt with fairly
