    Question lz244 wheel

    evening all

I had to replace my run flat the other day and thought to myself I would see if I could find a spare wheel to keep in the boot ...well I found this one it is a lz244 same style as my current wheels or so I thought ..

the size is 8.0x18 offset et 47 ...pcd 5-120 part no rb03 .....

now I have a 5 series and this has come from a 3 series ...tried to put it into the boot tonight to take away and get a tyre on but it just seems to be to wide to sitin the boot ....

is this wheel any good for my e60 2007 or have I wasted my time and money buying this wheel ...if so does anybody want to buy it ???? and what type of wheel as a spare would I need for my 5 ... I only ask as I don't know anything regarding wheels or tyres ....

also is it possible to remove all the run flats and just run on standard but good quality tyres as the run flats seem very expensive ...

Sometimes the world is still flat, especially if you can't see as far as the horizon

    Lots of folks ditch runflats
BMW would say the suspension is designed for runflats

Compare the wheel part no with the ones in your car and also use BMW Parts Catalog to see what it is listed to fit
