    2001 E46 325ti 16" BBS alloy wheel refurbishment.

The alloy wheels that came with my compact badly need a refurbishment... So I bought some "standard" E46 16" alloys from Ebay for the grand sum of 47 and swapped my tyres over - she now looks like this.

And the wheels that came off look like this.

Tomorrow they are being collected by Paisley Freight to be delivered to 1st Class Alloys 1st Class Alloys Lichfield for Alloy Wheels Refurbishment for his usual treatment - pictures will be added when they have been refurbished...

Afraid not, I have exchanged a number of emails with Paul and I know that they have reached him. Already three of them have been stripped ready for refinishing - however one of them requires some remedial work to be carried out to it as it is less than straight....

Paul is also doing me a massive favour, fitting them in around his other jobs and so there may be a delay with updates for this thread (I am in no rush TBH) - it was the reason that I got a spare set of wheels before I sent them off. 1st class alloys are so busy that the current wait was 5 or 6 weeks, his work is that good....

I went to see Paul @ 1st Class Alloys to collect my finished wheels........ The pictures don't do these any justice, the finish is great.

I am made up with the difference and the finish, the pictures are taken before the wheels are polished and sealed - just as they came back to me, they can only get better....

I cannot recommend Paul and 1st class alloys enough, Alloy Wheel Refurbishment | Refurbish Alloy Wheels | Refurbish Wheels | Alloywheel Repair | Refurbished Alloy Wheels

The price for refurbishing alloys depends upon the finish that you want and the work that is required, I had to have one of these straightened before it was refinished - please contact Paul for any of your requirements....

    Wow, look amazing.

What tyres are you getting, and who are you trusting to mount them?

Thanks mate, they are great.... Sealed them already today with this... Very Berry Wheel Sealant

Hmmm, tyres..... Not sure yet, wallet says put the almost new ones from the other rims - but they are scary in the wet TBH. Heart says something grippy with a rim protector....... As for who will mount them, I only trust one person - that would be me! If I f*** them up, that's my problem, my mate works in a garage and I can use the equipment there....

Have to wait a week or two now though, as I am off on my holidays tomorrow....
