    Winter Wheel Makeover

My Original OEM Wheels were in terrible shape when I bought my car and I replaced the rubber with Winter tyres and bought some new wheels and tyres for Summer.

When I say terrible shape, this is what I mean!!

Gave them a good rub down and a prime and was pleasantly surprised that the corrosion had not damaged the rim.

Thought I would go for Matt Black, But I am not too sure?

It makes the tyre merge with the wheel and looks a bit Bulbous!

I think I will do the other ones with plasti-dip, Much easier.

Maybe I should have left the paper on the tyre as a contrast (stickered).

I have style 68's, I really need to pull my finger out and finish re-ferbing them.
Don't know what colour to do them to sell, will people buy black wheels(got the paint) or do they like silver?

Black is "Not Everyones taste!" therefore I would say sliver, your market for selling is maximised

You've done a good job reburbing them mate. Got a few questions for ya...

My rims ATM are the same on the inside, Did you sand them using hand or machine? You've got a really good finish...

What kind of Sandpaper did you use?

I think they look cool in black...
