Both would fit fine with the right ET. You will have a lightly more comfortable ride with 19's but 20's do look better IMO
Sound cheers mate would 20s still be ok with it being lowered? really wanted to go for 20s but ive also been looking at the x5 snow flake type wheels with stretched tyres?
20's would make it tram line like a cnut I would stick with the 19's, it would not only ride better, but save you a small fortune in tyres, 20's are bloody expensive still your car, you choose, good luck
What would the x5 19" snow flake type be like any good or not bother
Work out the Diameter and rolling radius of the wheel Combo you want!
Many a Person has assumed that a bigger wheel equals a more filled arch!
A 20 Inch Combo can look fooking wank, if you do not get the right ET and tyre size.
Go for spacers you can save some cash for a look that is as good (IMHO) and you will not become a Fashion victim.
I had 19" Spiders on the car with standard M Sport springs. Car handled like a ship in water. Switched to 20" lightweights and lowered the car, now its like a go kart. Don't be put off by wheel size, just take your time buying the right wheel. If you fancied a run to Glasgow or even the borders, you can have a look around mine and see for yourself before buying them.
