    Foookin cheap for a GT......would need to give it a proper inspection cause possible money pit...

    The first batch yes. Then a couple of years later they made some more and some in red too. You can only get the original ones in green though and GTII are not as sought after as the originals. They sell for 8-9000 if in good nick and will rise in value over the next few years, however can be money pits if they need work....

    Little confused to how a GT can be a money pit when compared to a normal E36 M3?
    Yes the european (continant models) ones had the 295bhp engine with differnet cams etc, but the uk ones were just british racing green 3.0, with a unique interior, ally doors , twin level boot spoiler and adjustable front difuser. Yes granted some of those bits are probably hard to come by, but everything mechanically would cost the same me thinks

    Red GT2 edtions were based on the evo model and were fully specced (elecy seats, pop out rear windows etc) The spoiler on the GT2's inc a brake light, the GT's did not.
