    Question E36 inpa/DIS Connection success BUT !!!!

I own e36 1994/3 318i m43b18 manual without EWS ,I recently bought tiny ads to trace engine troubles and further diagnosis to be carried.
First of all inpa doesn't communicate at all with the DME and give communication to ecu disturbed or something like that, all i could connect is the airbag module with so much limited options and diagnosis , so I carried out installation of DIS v44 to be able to communicate and recode some modules so it did communicat and talk to all modules except DME again this is what i need in first place so further investigation carried out and read that dis needs pin 17 for eml or dme or dde moduls and pin 20 for all other modules after checking my plug found pin 17 missing then back to the wiring schematic of m42 / m43 pre 1995 cars output txd on pin 20 so guess what tiny ads board jumpers pin 17 with pin 20 and I checked it my self with continuity test and yup its connected my problem now i dont know what else to do so dis can connect to this DME iam really frustrated by this iam almost workings on it for a week with no solution so any opinions or solutions are welcomed.

Check if your DME is one that gives flash codes
94 325 cars on Motronic cannot reliably have the DME read without a customised file but can be easily read with a test lamp in the X20 form the "Pedal test" you may get lucky and find yours can too. I have not checked so that is a job for you

i can now successfully connect to the dme
    found the following :
Recently checked my car with dis and found these 2 faults , the car suffers from spluttering when starting the car from cold to warmup after warmup it goes away but if i stopped after driving the car for 1 hour and then restart the car it do the splutter thing again even when its warm , recently changed afm , intake boot checked all rubber connections and no vacuum leak found , replaced cam sensor, dme blue temp sensor , cleaned the icv and replaced my ignition coil and spark plugs still no cure i even disconnected the O2 sensor while spluttering noticed no change also disconnected throttle position sensor the rpm went down the compensate after 15 seconds for the spluttering so then i went to give it a shot and scan it and found these so if any one enlighten us with these faults I really appreciate it
