its missing the code off the top i think...youve just got the error frequency on there and not the code...

afaik Air Mass Too Big error is caused by insufficient EGR gasses passing into the intake manifold.
Theres a few reasons why this can occur including:-

EGR valve bypassed or vac pipe removed, EGR blocked, faulty EGR pressure controller, split/damaged vacuum piping in Pressure Controller/EGR circuit?

I should've mentioned i have disabled the EGR via the golf tee mod, and renewed all the vacuum hoses. So that narrows it down a bit!

Well in that case until you reconnect the EGR vacuum pipe that error will always be present.

I think ill leave it then, dont want more crap going into the manifold! had it disabled for some time now and had no issues. I can sleep better now knowing it's not an 'actual' fault!

Simon my EGR has been done in the same way as the op but I do not get any fault codes when I check
Although I did get Enda to map it out so I don't get the eml light on but would think it would still show up that its air mass was high it goes off the scale when you look at it on Inpa
