    went to scrapyard today

    as above needed boot catch got one for a 5.00 but on mine got some wires on it dont know what they are fitted new catch works all right



    had a look round and found 18 button obc as my fan has a mine of its own fitted and it now works fine


    also when got car had a bit missing on corner



    got the two for 10.00

    Good find there Bill, is the switch so the car knows the boot is open and stops the roof opening?

    That would be my guess too... You wouldn't want any bootlid/roof inter action after all that paintwork Bill...

    It is for stopping the hood from working when the boot is open. (Microswitch (S5) on boot lid)
