German Swedish and French - anyone else find them completely useless?

I run a small dealership and I spend literally thousands with GSF every year and I vowed today I will never use them again.

3 trips today to get a pair of sodding side repeaters for an E46 for a car going out later today. Knowing what they are like I called ahead as virtually every visit to there branch in Luton and Watford leaves me with a feeling of wanting to kill all their members of staff.
First visit was "Oh only got one on the shelf and its broken" Second visit " Oh sorry mate only one turned up on the delivery truck. Third visit with me thinking they couldn't possibly fuck things up again I get presented with two side repeaters made by different companies that look different.

I will never ever use these bunch of tossers again. Is it just the Luton/watford branches that have lobotomized staff or is this a nationwide problem they have?

You can probably tell my blood is at boliing point. If this was America I'd have got back in the car with my assault rifle and they'd all be no longer.

Definitely nationwide, we're forever ordering bits for our E30's and every single time they send us the wrong bit.

our branch are ok if you give them their part number off the website, ring before hand to check in stock, speeds things up a bit,

but they make you stand in the shops for ages, whilst they chat on the phone, or serve a customer in front trying to find something they have no idea about, which pees me off especially when you can see people mincing around in the office and faffing with things on the shelves rather than serving a waiting customer

You hit the nail on the head. Today on the 3 unfortunate occasions I visited them I was made to wait 5 mins+ each time. I don't expect them to know every part I come in for but they literally know nothing but like to pretend they do. I had to listen to one of them tell a customer, while steam was coming out my ears, needing a CV boot that he "Might as well replace the joint as it will be most likely worn out" Bollocks! unless it has pissed all its grease out and been run dry.

It’s not just my local branch where they wander about like a fart-in-a-trance then. I guess it must be part of the criteria for getting a job there...
