    Window Rub

Strange one but I notice lines on both of my front windows where it looks like it's rubbing against something when they are rolled down\up.
Is this something you would expect BMW to fix or just leave it as is? I have owned the car for a month and it was purchased under AUC conditions (so 12 month warranty) from a BMW dealer (who unfortunately is 550 miles away from me so not likely to be driving it back up there to get fixed either way).

    Views and opinions greatly appreciated.

If you leave it they will most likey cut into the glass and then the only way to remove would be to replace the window.

I get a squeaking on my front windows (e46 coupe) - seems to go away when the glass has been cleaned and polished - nice and smooth. Worsens when windows dirty - although my car is never truly dirty.

Mine is definitely internal, I took it to the dealer who wanted to charge me 95 to investigate it, then took it to my local indy who suggested cleaning the felt type strip along the window, I just don't know what to clean it with, any ideas?
