    To do
    • Check "Winter Comfort Kit" thermostat and heated washer nozzles
    • Headlamp washers disconnected, nozzles leaking
    • Screw caps missing from glove box
    • 1 headlamp seal required
    • Quarter window seals need replacing - Jumped up the list due to some leaking
    • Auxiliary fan seized. Thermostatic switch now disconnected - turns out the low fan circuit was not blowing the fuse just heating the windings! Needs a fan and 30A blade fuse at least.
    • New years eve found 3" of water under the back seat and a few gallons soaked into it Pushed bung out in panel above exhaust in boot as a temporary fix. LH rear tail light leaks into area above exhaust and chassis rail closes off he side making a tray 2" deep that chucks water into the back seat under braking Need to re-seak tail lights for a proper fix. Most of the rear trim is screwed to the shed roof inside to dry
    • Low coolant warning - new radiator will not fit old sender
    • Brake circuit error 10 days before MOT up - so switches last 6 years

    To do - Low ROI
    • Rear window rubber strip needs replacing (corner fell off)
    • Passenger sun visor mirror light required in black due to one missing

    To do - No ROI
    • Synchro on first, second and reverse is the one slight annoyance (fine when box is hot)
    • Bonnet side seams have rust in
    • Rear arches bubbling
    • Scab by boot badge
    • Front arches bubbling
    • Rust on boot shut / sill on rear panel
    • Rust on one door
    • R/H sill needs paint since welding
    • Front panel covered in stone chips and some rust

    To do
    • Check "Winter Comfort Kit" thermostat and heated washer nozzles

    To do
    • Check "Winter Comfort Kit" thermostat and heated washer nozzles

Inner wheel bearing race welded on as jacking point.

    -15-jpg

This is just flap wheeled welds flush and brush of smoothrite. For bare steel with no filler the fit is pretty good as I wasn't being fancy.
