    Sweet looking 728i for sale, but whats the catch

    Just spotted this for sale and looks very nice and cheap, but its located at Bexley motors a well know Bmw indy, what could be sooooooooooo wrong with it?? ok new engine 400 max new Gearbox ???

    Well am always looking Kevin and this court my eye, just cant work out whats wrong, i have a feeling it electrical mate and needs a loom, which is one hell off a job????

    ide go see plug an inpa laptop in and check it if its terminal walk away again...

    could be summat as daft as a crank sensor...although if its a garage it has to be terminal or they would of fixed it themselves...

    Cheers DD, But if you look the car is parked at Bexley motors a bmw indy, so it could be terminal mate as if they cant fix it then what chance have i

    It's probably fucked RJB - looks great though, I love the stripes in the carpet (detailing at it's best!)...

    ide say its engine or ECU/EWS terminal either way its 3-500 quid repair and that would snotter their profit on it and prolly why they cant be bothered...

    if its gotten cheap it could be a good car fixed for reasonable money ECU and ignition lock and key set aint that expensive or an M52 engine these days, i just depends on the car price
