Thread: M47 boost pipes

Does anyone know if the boost pipe from the intercooler to intake manifold is the same for the M47 and M47TU or not?

Doesn't the MG something-or-other share the same engine as your car? I know they're effectively defunct these days but it might open up some second hand opportunities for replacing yours?

I have found that the M47 engine uses a different pipe :(

Check on Google images Ben, I think the MG is mounted transversely?

I would however listen more to Simon than me. He sounds as though he actually knows something. I generally sit in the corner like a sponge and then regurgitate bits of other people's information when they're not around as though it came from my head. Almost 1500 posts of just that so far in fact.

As said @Stal1878 check on Google images mate cos I'm pretty sure it's a transverse but you might be lucky?
