Rear passenger side floor wet *FIXED*

My passenger side rear foot well is soaking wet?

No windows have been left open and door seals seem ok,,,Took a look under the car and i cannot see any point of entry as to where the water may be getting in from?

Did that quick check today and as in the second video footage mine is the same water pours out off that hole,,,,,So whats the fix?

Once i strip the door card off tomorrow what am i looking at replace/repairing?....

I armed myself with some silicone sealant today hoping it will do the job and save me spending at BMW..?

Just to update and confirm that this problem is now put to bed. I pulled off the passenger side door card and found that the foam backing had come away from the door allowing water into the car! I just stuck the foam back into place with some Drain pipe/gutter seal from the DIY store, been peeing it down here for the past week now and the afected area is dry
