Still a couple of months off but that'll pass pretty quickly so we need to start arranging the BBQ & music for the Saturday night of the Santa Pod weekend
The BBQ will be an additional £5 per person and again this year kids will be free, to make your BBQ payment via Paypal,
please send a GIFT payment for £5.00 per adult to email@example.com making sure you leave your username
and what you are making payment for. As ever all BBQ monies collected will be spent on food and drink.
For your money you'll get at least two burgers, one being a fresh Aberdeen Angus 1/4 lb'er(which are superb ),
and one catering quality frozen 1/4 lb'er, a couple of hot dogs, a piece of chicken and a beer to wash it all down with.
If you want to bring additional food to cook later in the day thats fine or there's at least one catering van near the campsite along
with the cafe and bar.
As mentioned in a previous thread the 'forums' BBQ will be available for members wishing to cook their own food
but I'm afraid you will be required to wait until paying members have initially been catered for.
As ever we feel this still represents excellent value for money but to keep the costs to a minimum we do need the following...
Music - ghetto blaster or ipod with decent external speaker set up?
Paste Table - to lay the food out on, if you can cut up some lengths of wood to use as prop supports in the middle of the table even better?
Gazebo or two to keep the sun or rain off the food.
Charcoal BBQ - The bigger the better really but I can't guarantee it will still be in one piece or stood level on the Sunday morning
IMPORTANT - GLASS BOTTLES ARE NOT ALLOWED ON SITE SO CANS & PLASTIC BOTTLES ONLY FELLAS!
