Just joined your forum so thought I should say hey.
I currently own 2 BMWs
A E46 330 CD sport 2005 convertible and a 1.9 roadster.
The E 46 is pretty standard apart from EBC red stuff pads and upgraded discs. Planning on decat and re map when funds allow.
The roadster has coil overs, a big disc kit and wilwood calipers. Decat stainless exhaust and the biggest box of upgraded parts waiting for me to pull my finger out for a turbo conversion.ill make a brief list.
Cp forged low comp Pistons
Aqua flu water pump
JBR competition flywheel
Clutch master clutch
Mocal electric fan
Mocal oil cooler and pump
Ok the reason I'm posting is that I'm unsure of how big a turbo I can get into that very tight space or for I need to relocate it? I was thinking of GT 25 T4 sort of size?
Can anyone here help or advise?
Also inter cooler I think that there is a decent space I front of the radiator. Can anyone advise here please.
I have a spare engine that I'm going to fit all the components into as I don't want the car off of the road for a year and a day.
I know that many here will say buy a car with a bigger engine but my cars are a hobby along with modding them my only concern about squeezing lots of power out of that little engine is the cast crank.
I know that this is the noobs welcome part of the forum sorry for the blurb here I will post in the right place in future.
