I'm new to all this forum malarkey, and I was wondering if I could extract some advice from you.
I have a e92 335d (2009) and have a warning light on the dash which reads, left side dipped beem failure, now I've had the headlight out of the car and changed the xenon bulb put this back in only to find out that it's still not working,
I've read that it could be a couple of things that could cause this
1: xenon ballast pack.
2: footwell control module.
What I'd like to know is if the ballast is replaced does it need to be coded into the vehicle, and the same with the footwell module, or are these plug and play.
Also I have some condensation within the headlight unit, which would be the best method of sorting this out for good.
Many thanks in advance
